Dried up condensation marks inside of headlight

I picked up a 2014 Kia Soul earlier this week with OEM HIDs. It was originally purchased in August 2014...sold to me with 3K miles on it. While giving her a wash, I noticed that there are dried water or some sort of reflective coating marks on the inside of the driver's headlight lens. It's not a big deal really as I'm assuming it doesn't affect light output, but I'm wondering if it's even worth mentioning at the dealership and if they would replace such an expensive unit under warranty due to these marks. The drip marks span across the entire top portion of the driver's side headlight. I think it might be poor quality control of the anti-reflective coating that's added to the inside of the headlight lense.
